The hotel has a stunning ocean view but the room itself was disappointing with old and dirty features. The staff were friendly but took a while to respond to emails. The location was ideal for exploring the Sunshine Coast, right by the beach, although neighboring windows were a bit too close for comfort. The dining experience was good, especially by the beautiful Marcoola Beach, and the facilities were satisfactory.
